Responsibilities to include
Elementary Recess and Lunch Duties
Classroom/Resource Room Aid
Other Duties as Assigned

ParaProfessionals must have the qualification necessary for state certification.

South Dakota Certification Requirements
An Associate Degree or Higher
OR
48 hours of college/university credit
OR
High School Diploma or the accepted equivalent and Score 461 or better on the ParaPro Exam

Sick Leave - 5 days per year

Personal Days - 1 days per year

SDRS - South Dakota Retirement System  6% Employee/Employer Match

Employee Paid - Optional 
Vision ($9.73 - Single / $20.30 - Family) 
Dental Insurance ($37.45 - Single / $120.35 - Family)

Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour ($13.50 until certified through ParaPro Exam).
