We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Education Assistants to join our team dedicated to student education and growth. In this position, you have the unique opportunity to work with our learners one-on-one or in small group settings to promote peer connection, enhance education opportunities, and support student independence.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• Two years post high school education or higher

• Experience with behavior management

• This position requires constant hand-eye and mind-eye coordination, hearing, frequent bending over, crouching, reaching, removing, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, threading, turning and walking. Frequent carrying, grasping, holding, lifting, opening, pulling, unfolding and unlocking are also required. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

• Demonstrated skill using a computer for word processing and data entry
